Pre-drill the MIDI IN holes with a ø2mm drill

Pre-drill the MIDI OUT holes with a ø2mm drill

Pre-drilled holes

You can optionally pre-drill the main hole also with a ø3mm drill

Secure attachment

Use step drill for drilling the ø16mm hole

The ø16mm hole is drilled

Take off the stickers

Drill the two ø3.5 mm holes

Chamfer

The holes for MIDI IN connector are ready

Drill the same holes for MIDI OUT connector on the other side

Clean the surface

Affix the sticker with MIDI IN to the signal inputs side

Affix the sticker with MIDI OUT to the signal outputs side

Draw the drilling points on the bottom lid

Drill the ø3.0 mm or ø3.2 mm holes

Here are the six soldering points

Put more solder to the soldering points

Regardless of the colors of the conductors, solder 9VDC and GND conductors near the voltage regulator.

Screw the MIDI IN connector to the side of the Guitar In connectors

Screw the MIDI OUT connector to the side of the Effect Out connectors

Insert spacers

Spacers screwed by nuts

Screw the MIDI module to the bottom lid

The MIDI module is screwed to the bottom lid
