Bypass button with its special circuits as an add-on for basic POG2 MIDI module. If you purchased the simplier variant of the POG2 MIDI module (without Bypass), you can simply add the MIDI controllability even for the Bypass function. It has a special circuits with a footswitch that replace the orignal footswitch. When it is replaced, it still works like the original Bypass footswitch even without MIDI control.

 

The part of this add-on is a small 4-pin connector that is to be soldered to the main POG2 MIDI module:

Then connect the connector on the ribbon cable to the socket on the board:

Important notices:

• This Bypass footswitch is designed only for the simplier variant of the POG2 MIDI module (without Bypass). It will not work standalone without the module nor with any other guitar effect.
• It can be used only with POG2 MIDI module named Sardonyx 20 Nova. It will not work with old square-shaped modules named Sardonyx 20 Direttore.
